How can I make sure the colors on my computer reflect the actual product?
Every possible effort is made to ensure that colors are displayed accurately, however, computer monitors, lighting conditions and anti-glare screens may slightly affect the color display.
Calzuro.com testimonies indicate that you might expect many years of wear from wearing Calzuro clogs. What is the norm?
While Calzuro is a great and durable product, the length of wear for Calzuro is unique to the individual customer.
The shoe I ordered has a different non-european size on the bottom than what I ordered – why does your sizing chart tell me otherwise?
The size 34-35 shown on both the heel and outer sole of the clog is a Italian size and can fit US Women’s size 5.5-6.5. However, the other size shown on the outer sole (2-3) is United Kingdom (Great Britain) sizing system and not the sizing used in the United States. The sizing on the bottom of the shoe is that of UK or British sizing. US sizing is not displayed on the shoe, so your shoe marking will be different from your US sizing.
How do I decide which model to order – with upper or without upper vents?
A common consideration is your work environment. For example, if you work in a position where liquids may spill onto your feet, you may want to choose the Calzuro without upper vents. If you would like more ventilation, order with upper vents and shoe covers can be worn for personal preference in your work environment. All original Calzuro clogs have lower vents which allow for air to flow through the clogs for cooling.
Do I have to wear any insoles in my Calzuro clogs?
Calzuro's can be worn with or without insoles, it is based on personal preference.
My US shoe size is 9 ½. According to your chart, European sizes 38-39 and 39-40 both can fit size 9 ½ . What size Calzuro do I select?

Sizing Chart If you ever wear women’s size 10, then it is suggested you choose 39-40. If you never wear a 10 and sometimes can wear size 9, then the suggestion is to order 38-39. Also, consider what stocking materials will be worn with your Calzuro clogs.
Remember, that if the size that you select doesn’t fit to your satisfaction, the clogs may be returned for exchange or for a refund.

The clogs in many of the photos appear to be very shiny. Are the clogs made from patent leather?
No. Each pair should be washed prior to wearing. A washing instruction card is enclosed with each product.
I have narrow/wide feet, will Calzuro fit me?
Calzuro are medium width for all sizes.
What Country can Calzuro ship to?
