Shipping

1. Payment can be in the form of credit card (accepting VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or personal check. Shoes will not be shipped until a payment method is received.

2. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at check out based on the order, estimated weight, shipping address and the choice of shipment method.

3. Orders will ship within 1-5 working days from the time the order is received.

Responsibility for Freight

The customer is responsible for the return postage and shipping fees and these will not be refunded by SMD. One time only even exchange outbound freight is the responsibility of SMD Wynne. Outbound freight, for any further exchanges for the same order, is the customer's responsibility.

Our goal at SMD Wynne Corporation is complete customer satisfaction. Please ensure proper fit before your Calzuros are worn. For SMD Wynne (Calzuro.com) to accept the return product, shoes must be in new, unused and uncontaminated condition with all original package contents. Should you wish to exchange or return your shoes, our product can be accepted for exchange or refund if received by SMD within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please include proof of purchase from SMD with the return product.
