Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING

Payment can be in the form of credit card (accepting VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or personal check. Shoes will not be shipped until payment method is received.

Shipping and handling is estimated weight and charges are calculated at check out based on the order, shipping address and the choice of shipping method.

Orders will ship within 1-5 working days from time order is received.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR FREIGHT

The customer is responsible for the return postage and shipping fees and these will not be refunded by SMD. One time only even exchange outbound freight is the responsibility of SMD Wynne. Any further exchanges made for the same order, outbound freight is the customer's responsibility. The calculated freight cost will be prepaid via customer's payment choice prior to shipment.
RETURNS

Our 30 day guarantee: Our goal at SMD Wynne Corporation is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our product will be accepted for exchange or refund if received by SMD within 30 days of the original shipping date. Shoes must be in new and unused condition with all original package contents. Proof of purchase from SMD must be included with returned product.
For SMD Wynne (Calzuro.com) to accept the return product, shoes must not be contaminated and must be in resaleable condition. (We do not refund footwear that has been worn. Please insure proper fit before your shoes are worn)
All returns must reference a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please call SMD Wynne Corporation at 800-324-6090 to obtain a RMA number.
