Calzuro 30 Day Return Policy
At Calzuro, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. Calzuro treats feet, but we understand everyone's feet are unique. When returning Calzuro for an easy even exchange or refund, please ship back washed product in original packing, without signs of wear and within 30 days of the purchase date. Unwashed worn product returned is non-refundable.
Calzuro Light and Calzuro Pro cannot be exchanged for Calzuro Classic. Please return for a refund, and reorder if desired. For product purchased during a promotion, exchanges may only be for the original colors in the special. For Calzuro colors: every possible effort is made to ensure that colors are displayed accurately, however, computer monitors, lighting conditions and anti-glare screens may slightly affect the color display.
NEW CALZURO MERCHANDISE: Calzuro supplies only new and restock-able CALZURO brand merchandise to our customers. Occasional color and surface variations are normal and are due to unique CALZURO manufacturing processes (e.g. high temperatures, high pressures, individual craftsmanship). This condition is acceptable for refund within policy of unworn items sold.
First-time even exchange outbound and inbound shipping is free. Please email email@example.com with the original order number within 30 days of the order to request a prepaid return label. The prepaid return label will be emailed from firstname.lastname@example.org Calzuro exchanges are processed as store credits and the new order ships in 1-5 business days.
For returns for refund, a $6.00 label fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted. Please email email@example.com with the original order number within 30 days of the order to request a prepaid return label. The prepaid return label will be emailed from firstname.lastname@example.org
-The original box is the most economical method of shipping
-Print out the label, and tape it over the current label on the box
-Drop the package off at any post office/mail room/center with shipping services
*Customers who have access to different shipping providers (UPS or Fedex) may use these options and are responsible for costs.
